How often do you text and drive at the same time? Have you ever had an accident (or near accident) because of it? Describe the situation?

R: I don't like send text message while I drive, if a receive some call or text message I use my hand free to keep focus on the road.
I had an accident 1 years ago, a car hit me from back. I get off of my car and I had a little discussion with this driver , to resolve the problem we decided to call the police .We waited for 20 min ago. Police man and when they did the interrogation for both, they realized the driver who hit me was drunk
